In the development of the Huawei-US trade tensions, the US Department of Commerce will begin issuing special licenses to companies that wish to keep their business ties with the Chinese tech giant. The news was confirmed by the head of the Commerce of Department Wilbur Ross at the Annual Security Conference on Export Controls and Security. Late last month at the G20 summit, US president Donald Trump  confirmed  American companies will continue to sell components to Huawei granted that they doesn’t pose a threat to national security. Later on it became  clear  that US companies would be allowed to sell widely available components which are sold in other markets while more sensitive equipment would remain off limits. Commerce Secretary Ross stated that the new licenses will still have to oblige the previously issued component availability confinements. It's not the first time we hear something about a Chinese company ripping off somebody's work - as Jeremy Clarkson once put it, "copyright infringment doesn't translate terribly well in Mandarin". Also, Xiaomi has been open about following Apple's marketing strategy and design for years. Yet now that the company has outgrown that phase it's somewhat disappointing to learn Xiaomi took Peter Tarka's work (a 3D artist) without permission. PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) Lite is finally making its way to India. After launching in countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, Brazil and Bangladesh, the lightweight version of the game has been confirmed to soon release in one of the biggest markets for the battle royale game. Back in March, Xiaomi started sending out beta builds of the Android 9 Pie update for both the  Redmi 6 Pro   and the   Redmi Note 5 Pro   to interested testers in India. And now it looks like all the bugs have been ironed out, because the stable update is rolling out for both devices. It's arriving over-the-air in India, as MIUI 10.3.2.0.PDMMIXM for the Redmi 6 Pro, weighing in at 1.6GB. This release includes the May 2019 security patch level. You also get face unlock support for App lock, the ability to stay on the lock screen after using face unlock, and to restrict the opening of the notification shade on the lock screen.
