Xiaomi Mi A1 Oreo Beta update now seeding



Last week Xiaomi was looking for beta testers of the Mi A1 Android Oreo upgrade. Today the update has finally started seding and we even got a bunch of screenshots from it.




The Oreo Beta of the Xiaomi Mi A1 is 1104 MB in size, and according to an early adopter makes the fingerprint reader on the back is a bit faster. Apparently, the dual-SIM feature is not entirely flawless in this early edition, though.




The tests should end soon as Xiaomi promisedthat the Mi A1 Oreo stable update will arrive before the end of 2017.

Apple unveiled the iPhone Xs and Xs Max. It also announced the new Apple Watch Series 4. Apple  just unveiled the iPhone Xs. The high-end smartphone is water-resistant and comes with a 5.8-inch OLED screen, Apple's head of marketing Phil Schiller, announced at the company's annual September product unveiling. The iPhone Xs Max comes with a 6.5-inch screen — the largest iPhone model to date. The company's annual September event — held  Wednesday  at the Steve Jobs Theater on Apple's campus — serves as the introduction to upgraded gadgets before inventory hits the shelves. Apple to unveil new iPads, MacBooks, AirPods at October 30 event

If you are wondering what Apple's October 30 event is all about, the notorious Ming-Chi Kuo analyst thinks he has an idea and given his good track record of predictions, he might be onto something here. Kuo says that Apple is going to refresh its iPad Pro lineup, which was always expected to be the main event.
