Samsung Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A60 images and specs leaked by TENAA

Samsung's revamped Galaxy A series already has five members, and it appears at least two more are on the way. The Galaxy A60 and Galaxy A70 arrived on TENAA with images and basic specs. Both new phones will have triple-camera setups on the back - the A70 will have a fingerprint scanner underneath the screen, while the A60 will stand out with an Infinity-O display.

The Galaxy A70 will have a 6.7” screen with a waterdrop notch, or Infinity-U as Samsung likes to call these. The camera lineup on the back is not detailed yet, but odds are it will feature regular, ultra-wide, and depth sensor modules. The back panel seems to be some sort of gradient, but it could also be Gray with a pattern that reflects the light in fancy colors.
We also know it will have a 4,400 mAh battery, which would make it the biggest power cell in a Galaxy A smartphone since the Galaxy A9 Pro (2016). Dimensions of the phone are 164.2 x 76.7 x 7.9 mm.

The Samsung Galaxy A60 looks a lot like the already announced Galaxy A8s with its Infinity-O panel and triple camera with a fancy circle around the main shooter. The new device will have a fingerprint scanner on the back, a 3,410 mAh battery and Android OS. Dimensions are 155.2 x 73.9 x 7.9 mm, so it’s slightly smaller than the Galaxy A70.
The phones are certified with model numbers ending with a 0 (SM-A7050 and SM-A6060), and usually these are the China-only variants. Back in December, the Galaxy A8swas initially launched only for the Chinese customers but eventually reached South Korea, renamed as Galaxy A9 Pro (2019). Only time will tell if Samsung is planning something similar with the Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A60.

LG Watch W7 with Wear OS may launch alongside the LG V40 ThinQ

The LG V40 ThinQ event  on October 3  may also bring a new Wear OS smartwatch – tentatively called the LG Watch W7. That’s the same watch we heard about way back  in April . Things move slowly in the world of Wear OS, previously known as Android Wear. That watch promised a 1.2” 360x360px screen, similar to the LG Watch Style(though perhaps an LCD instead of P-OLED). And it will use the same old Snapdragon Wear 2100, at least that’s what the old rumor said. Qualcomm has since unveiled the Wear 3100 and Wear 2500, so there might have been an upgrade along the way. Those old rumors also said “no” to GPS and NFC, the presence of a heart rate monitor is unknown (the Style didn’t have one, but the Watch Sport did). Join us Wednesday next week to see if delaying the new watch half a year brought an upgrades to the rumored specs. And to see the LG V40 ThinQ, of course.

Forget the iPhone X - Apple could lau AP Last year, Apple launched its first $1,000 phone. The iPhone X is not only Apple's mo e new low-cost iPhone will only be one of three models that are expected to come out this fall. Apple is also expected to launch an updated version of the iPhone X as well as a super-sized iPhone X. But the cheapest of the three new phones is expected to be the best-selling, according to KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. It could account for 65% to 75% of iPhones sold this upcoming cycle, he said in a note earlier this week. It could have an edge-to-edge screen and facial recognition. One reason why it could be less expensive than the iPhone X is because it uses a less advanced screen. It's said to use an LCD screen, instead of the OLED screen on the iPhone X. OLED screens use less power and have better colors. More information about LCD vs OLED  here . Supply chain sources have s...
